Let the future begin
Restart Ltd was founded in February 2010 with a specific goal: to redevelop an important part of our country, which played a significant role in both history and architecture.
Land remediation means essentially to "clean up” a contaminated soil, bringing it back to a productive use.
Ascoli’s former industrial area, as wide as the historical center of the town itself, is now in a state of decay. Its restoration means having a trump card in our hands.
Ascoli21 is a new beginning. The goal of our project is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the former SGL Carbon industrial area, to guide it towards a long-term development. Ascoli21 will be a smart city inside the old town, and the two parts will perfectly complement each other.
Marco Polo describes a bridge, stone by stone.
- But which is the stone that supports the bridge?" - Kublai Khan asks.
- The bridge is not supported by one stone or another, - Marco answers, - but by the line of the arch that they form."
